Though I am primarily a writer, I find that creative side tends to wander quite a bit. I doubt that many artist would say they are just a painter, just a musician, just a writer. Indeed, creativity in creative types seems to stretch to fill many different kinds of media.I am a writer first and foremost; but I also find my eye drawn to painting, to using mixed media on canvass. I love being able to put something I can see on canvass. I find that painting for me expresses those emotions I cannot find words for.
Occasionally, however, there are things in life that are beautiful just as they are. Things that cannot possibly be written about or painted. Things that are beautiful enough to capture with a camera, a mechanical eye, in hopes of remembering it later.
That is what you will find here. Though I enjoy photography, I am an amateur at best. But it is my hope that by sharing my photographs here, they will inspire your very own creativity.
